Sport during pregnancy can help you to prepare birth by strengthen the muscle and form stamina. As well as will help you get quick recovery after give birth. Its importance to pay more attention about the sport that you chose, just play some easy sport or exercise and do not do a sport that could make you slip or fallen down.

Many hospital or club have a program for pregnant mother. Its could help you keep your health also for your baby. some exercise that you could do is begin with walking around in 20 minutes twice per week.

Instruction to do sport:

- Discuss formerly with your doctor, what kind a sport you will do.
- Do some stretching before sport and appeasement after it.
- listen to signal that given by your body. because your heart tick is during pregnant increases around 20%. when you felt tired take a rest, remember you with a child. don’t force your self.
- drink more water for help body temperature arrangement and decrease dehydration risk.
- concentration in muscles that be used in gives birth, like foot, stomach, pelvis.
- Use bra that support your breast and appropriate shoe for you that makes you felt pleasant and safe.
- Sport other that suggested are swim, light aerobic, several hospital usually has program preparing gymnastics for pregnant mother.

stop exercise and call your doctor, when have condition below:

• ill, whatever that.
• vagina bleeding
• dizzy, light headache.
• difficulty breathes.
• out of breath.
• uterus contraction.
• headache.

Don’t do sport, consultation to your doctor, if you has pregnancy with high blood pressure, birth premature in previous pregnancy, IUGR (intra uterine growth retardation) baby doesn’t bloom it to, or pregnancy with condition other like heart sickness, etc.
